American Asset Corporation (AAC) proudly announces that The Keaton, its inaugural residential development in partnership with leading multifamily developer Woodfield Development, is now 90% leased. This significant milestone marks a major achievement in AAC’s long-term vision to further enhance the vibrant urban core along Macaw Street in Brier Creek. The Macaw Street development area is anchored by two of the most active commercial projects: Brier Creek Commons and Brier Creek Corporate Center.
While the overall Brier Creek area is one of the largest and strongest apartment markets in the RTP area, the Keaton is the first residential project developed along Macaw Street.
In addition to the Keaton, the Macaw Street area of Brier Creek recently welcomed the Westin, one of the largest full-service, high-rise hotels to be built and opened in the market in many years. Along with the Westin, the development along Macaw Street also recently included the opening of many new exciting restaurants, including Il Falò, Estampa Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse, Epic Chophouse, and a new Starbucks.
